Handre Basson

Handré’s passion is in the real estate world, specializing in property development and the design of unique and out-of-the-box projects. He has been involved in various property developments over the past 20 years, ranging from commercial to residential.

Handré joined Werner Roux at the Staytus Collection and will oversee the new developments in Paarl, being a new residential complex and hostel for Paarl Boys High (110 rooms and 60 apartments) adjacent to the school and a partnership with Boland Cricket to develop a lifestyle, sport-based estate, which will see the development of approx. 1,500 new residential apartments and commercial / retail space on the Boland Crickets grounds in Paarl.
